Building Small, Focused Products
We prefer small scopes because they force clarity. When a product is tight enough to explain in one sentence, it’s usually tight enough to build, launch, and learn from quickly.
The goal is not to ship features. The goal is to ship a useful loop: a real user, a real problem, and a clear path from first touch to value.
Small products compound. They’re easier to maintain, easier to market, and easier to iterate.
